After many, many days of bidding and being rejected, our offer was finally accepted. We are now officially in the process of buying our little house on Elm Road! We signed the purchase agreement tonight and will be closing in +/- 45 days. Now we go through the fun process of inspections and wait for closing at the end of March. Yeah!!
